We are perfectly situated for nearby country walks and pubs, the stunning scenery of the South Downs National Park; plus all that West Sussex has to offer from Goodwood Racing, Festival of Speed and The Revival to Cowdray Park Polo and were just a stone’s throw from Fontwell Park Racecourse with its Racing, famous Car Boots, Wedding Fairs etc. etc. Sailing and Sandy Beaches are located close by, the Festival Theatre in Chichester with top productions and a wide variety of restaurant’s in the area serving local food and fine wines.
